Mr. Stevens passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014 in Whitehouse.
He was born on June 24, 1926 in Buffalo to the late Alva and Mary Izillie Neely Stevens. He served in the U. S. Army and was formerly an employee of the City of Tyler.
He is survived his brother and sister, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
