"Ms. Jennifer Renna Britton, 37, of Midway departed this life on Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, at Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville.
She was born in Liberty County to Arleen Britton and Samuel Greene. Jennifer attended the public schools of Liberty County and graduated from Bradwell Institute, where she still holds the best track record. She was employed on Fort Stewart, where she worked until her health failed.
Jennifer is survived by her children, Kam're Britton, Montranse Britton, Tony Britton, Jason Hill and Jaycob Hill, all of Midway; her mother, Arleen Britton of Midway; grandmother, Julia Greene of Midway; sisters, Heather Britton of Hinesville, Tiekesha Peoples of San Antonio, Texas, Chiquita Brown of Midway, Laura Buton of Hinesville, Tameka Bowens of Savannah, Sherika Greene Jones of Chicago, Tia Ellis of Hinesville, Tina Armstrong of Midway, Selena Johnson of Jacksonville, Shelia Hendrix of Hinesville and Sheketa Vogt of S. C.; her brothers, Antoine Fleming of Midway, Samuel Anderson of Columbus, Leroy Jones of Hinesville, Jeffrey Britton of Dallas, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from noon-5:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 3, at Dorchester Funeral Home in Midway.
Her funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at Bradwell Institute gymnasium. Burial will be in Days Memorial Cemetery in Midway. Pastor Arthur Fairnot will officiate.
Dorchester Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements."
