Peter F. Timmerman, 60, a lifelong resident of the Minonk community, died at the Pontiac hospital at 1 o'clock Tuesday morning, Nov. 17 (1953), after a lingering illness.
Burial will be in the Minonk cemetery.
Mr. Timmerman was born in Clayton township on Jan. 13, 1893, a son of Henry and Marie Myron Timmerman. He received his education in Clayton township schools and spent his life engaged in farming, retiring and moving to Minonk after 57 years on the farm.
He was united in marriage with Edna Uphoff at Muscatine, Iowa on Jan. 4, 1938. She survives.
Burial will be in the Minonk cemetery.
