Steven was educated in the Kannapolis City Schools and attended A.L. Brown High School. He was formerly employed in Construction.
Services will be held on Thursday, June 25 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held 12:00 – 1:00 PM with funeral services at 1:00. Burial will follow at Rutherford Memorial Cemetery
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Khristina E. Ford of Charlotte; two daughters, Ashley Eller and Tiffany Rippy both of Charlotte; one son, Steven Rippy of Charlotte; four grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy D. Anderson of the home; his father, Cornelius Ford, Sr.; three sisters, Catherine Sifford, Rosalind Ford and Carla Ford; two brothers, Cornelius Ford, Jr. and Robin Ford (Bobbie); two aunts, Carolyn Cleveland and Phyllis Steele; one uncle, Curtis Alexander and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
