Charlotte Ingrid Blair, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at home. She was born on March 4, 1940 in Frankfurt, Germany to Lorenz "Rudy" and Helene Stadtler Reiter.
Charlotte's passions included bird watching, gardening, cooking for her family, and shopping. She was proud of her German heritage. Those that knew Charlotte would say she was a force to be reckoned with and strong until the end. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marion Wooten; and her brothers, Arno Reiter and Rainier Stadtler.
Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Annette (William) Wiley and Melanie Persson; Grandchildren, Emily Adams, Ryan Adams, Jarrid Persson, Reanna Persson, and Melina Persson; and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 . Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
