She was born January 12, 1966 in Steubenville and was the daughter of James Kerns and the late Sandra Mark Kerns.
Lori enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her dogs and cats.
Surviving are her husband, James Moore Jr. of Steubenville; son, Travis Moore of Weirton; daughter, Amanda Moore of Steubenville; and brother, Jimmy (Jennie) Kerns of Cincinnati.
Following her wishes she will be cremated.
