Linda was born on March 14, 1962, in Hartland, Maine, the daughter of Reginald and Helen (Schofield) Haynes. She graduated from Maine Central Institute with the class of 1980 and furthered her learning with a degree in childhood education. She worked for Skills, Inc., for over 16 years.
Linda was extremely friendly and had many friends. She enjoyed knitting, reading and was very crafty with making rubber band figurines. She was a member of TOPS in Newport.
She is survived by her mother, Helen Haynes and her companion Richard Jacobs Sr of Pittsfield; her brother, Andy Haynes and wife Michelle of South Portland; nephew, Jackson Haynes of North Dakota; niece, Rachel Haynes of South Portland; her companion, Robert Rines of Pittsfield; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Reginald Haynes; and an infant son, Kory Haynes.
