PATTERSON, Brenda Brenda Sue Patterson, 72, of Carrollton, Texas died May 29, 2020 Brenda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Jason Ford; her grandchildren, JC, Carson and Braden; her brother, Bernard Cleghorn (Avis); Brenda also leaves behind many loved nieces and nephews, a great niece and nephew, and countless other family and beloved friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Shane Patterson. Brenda was born on January 8, 1948, in Bonham, Texas to RD and Hilda Cleghorn. She was a devoted mother, wife and friend. Brenda will be lovingly remembered for her service to others, her strength, her determination, her laugh, her hugs, her feistiness, and most of all, her heart. A visitation will be held from 4:00pm - 8:00pm on Sunday, June 7th, at Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 Interstate 35E, Carrollton, Texas 75006. Family and friends are welcome with social distancing guidelines in place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Brenda S. Patterson to the North Texas Food Bank.
