Frances passed away on May 13th at home in Florence, Arizona. Born in Englewood, Kansas to Lula Stalder and John Acord, Fran grew up working at the family has station. The family spent time in Colorado, finally settling in Post Falls, Idaho. There, Frances graduated high school, and met William Prince, whom she married on September 1, 1956. They remained together 57 years until William's passing.

Frances was the rock of the family, helping William gain his education and supporting his career. She worked in manufacturing, grocery, and hospitality, with her true passion being art. She received her BS in Education with an Art minor from Southern Oregon University, with oil painting being her favorite medium. A mother of 3, Frances is survived by Lenore Mahlernee of Panama, David Prince of Arizona, and William L. Prince of Minnesota, and a grandmother of 6. Frances and William are interred together at Eagle Point National Cemetery.

Memorial service will be Monday, July 13 at 3:45pm at the cemetery,
