He was born August 4, 1937, in Madison, Wisconsin to William Mason and Mary Harrell.
He served in the Marines, He and Mrs. Carol worked in Saudi Arabia for five years, before owning a farm in Tontitown for 30 years. They live at Butterfield Village and are beloved by their neighbors and friends.
Barry was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by Carol Mason, his wife of 55 years, and one sister, Joan Engen of Madison, Wisconsin; one nephew and three nieces.
Barry will be laid to rest in the Fayetteville National Cemetery Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Bryan Graham officiating.
