Lottie was a beautiful soul who could light up a room with her smile. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved having family get togethers. She loved to dance, garden, and play Bingo. She passed on values and wisdom that will never be forgotten. She will be forever missed and forever loved.
She is survived by her three children; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Lottie was preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Bates.
Graveside Service will be held on June 25, 2020, at 2:00 pm at Mills Memorial Park, 5725 Littlerock Rd. SW, Tumwater, Washington.
