She was born to Charles and Ruth Stansbury in San Antonio, TX on October 17, 1946. On November 2, 1969, she married Robert Gardner in Houston, TX. She spent the next 20 years as a home maker. They remained married until his passing in June of 1999.
Some of her passions were bowling and painting. At Del Mar Lanes, she was the youth league coordinator and coach to many kids that wanted to learn this sport. Eventually leading to co-managing Del Mar Lanes in the mid-late 1980's. She loved painting and some of her work resides in her family's homes. Her greatest love was for her two grandchildren, which meant everything to her.
Tammy is preceded in death by both of her parents and husband. Leaving behind at her side was her son and daughter-in-law, David Gardner and Carol Gardner and her two grandchildren, Amanda Gardner and Keith Gardner as well as many friends and co-workers.
