Olov Martin Lindkvist, age 82 of Chattanooga, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, June 13, 2020. He was a native of Texas, lived in the Chattanooga Area for the past 2 yrs. and was of the Baptist Faith. Olov served his country in the U. S. Army, during the Vietnam War, receiving numerous medal and awards, including the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Silver Star. He also earned an Associates Degree from Baylor University in 1974, becoming a Physician’s Assistant and retired in the mid 90’s. Olov was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Lindkvist and sons, Marty Lindkvist and Eric Lindkvist. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Lindkvist; son, Carl Lindkvist; daughters-in-law, Melinda Lindkvist and Deborah Barnhill Lindkvist; step-children, Pam Smith and Gary Hart; granddaughters, Breanna Lindkvist, Serena Lindkvist and Nikkole Barnhill Lindkvist; lifelong friend, Don (Deanna) Agustin; and his one eyed warrior, Sir Henry.
