Christine "Chris" Reed, 67 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Sunday, June 14, 2020, at her residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born on July 11, 1952, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Clements and Laddie Mae Floyd Clements McCanless. She was the retired office manager for Genson, Inc.

A brief celebration of life service for Mrs. Reed will be held Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the First Christian Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee starting at 6:45 PM. Officiating this service will be Pastor Chuck Richardson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of forty-four years, Wendell Reed of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three daughters, Letitia Goldsmith (Steve) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Tammy Sollis (Mike) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Wendi Rigsby (Robert) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her mother and step-father, Laddie Mae McCanless and Gordon McCanless of Friendship, Tennessee, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her sister, Alice Box.
