Leslie Schwartz died Saturday in New York City, after a brief illness.
He was the son of Isaac and Edith Solomons Schwartz. A former resident of Sumter, he attended Sumter schools and was veteran of World War II.
He attended Washington and Lee University.
He is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 10 am in the Jewish Cemetery by Rabbi A Magidovitch.
