LAKE CITY, Fla. – William R. Farrell (Bill), 72, passed away Jan. 26, 2020, at his home in Lake City, Fla.

He was born Oct. 27, 1947, in Waterbury, Conn., son of the late Joan Hoinsky and William Farrell. He is survived by his daughters, Brenda and Bridgett, and his grandchildren. He also leaves behind a brother, Tom Farrell and his wife Donna; a sister, Pat Catalani and her husband Joe; along with several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Poust.

Bill was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force, holding the rank of staff sergeant. He also worked for the state of Connecticut and at Prime Engineered Components. He was a member of the VFW Post 201 Auxiliary.

His graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 10:00am at Grove Cemetery, 1 Cross St, in Naugatuck. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the Cemetery.
