Bonnie Lou Wagner, 61, of Wood Road, Taylorsville, died Monday May 9, 2011 at her home.

Miss Wagner was born Dec. 29, 1949 in Wilkes County to Carlie Wagner and Luereine Caudill Wagner. She was a child care and adult care provider. She was also a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church in McGrady.

She was preceded in death by one brother, John Henry Caudill; and two sisters, Patricia Barlow and Sheila Wagner.

She is survived by three brothers, Herman Wagner of Connelly Springs, Earl Wagner and wife, Diane, of Granite Falls, and Robert Wagner and wife, Tina, of Bostic; and five sisters, Gail Greene of Taylorsville, Barbara Sharpe and husband, Larry, of Hiddenite, Hazel Ballard and husband, Larry, of Marion, Linda Barlow and husband, James, of Taylorsville, and Norma Caudill and husband, Trevor, of North Wilkesboro.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 11 a.m., at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel in Stony Point, conducted by the Rev. Todd Simerly and Rev. William “Bud” Laws. The body will be placed in the church at 10:30. Burial will follow in the Union Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
