Carma Jane (Anders) Green, age 70 and a former resident of Vamoosa, Oklahoma, passed away at her granddaughter’s home in Holdenville, Oklahoma, Saturday, June 13, 2020. She was born September 21, 1949 in Vamoosa, Oklahoma, to Samuel and Madge (Rodden) Anders.

She graduated from Vamoosa High School, and she was a member of the Church of Christ of Sasakwa, Oklahoma. Carma loved sewing and entertaining her granddaughters. She loved her “Momma”, children, grandchildren, and her dogs more than life itself.

She is survived by two sons, David S. Green and wife, Kathy of Vamoosa, and Marty W. Green of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Melissa Green of Sasakwa; nine grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Madge Aders, and one brother, Sammy Anders.

A graveside service is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Vamoosa Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, Oklahoma. Rev. Abraham Gomez will officiate.
