Deanna S. Dunn, age 68, of Douglasville, passed away Wednesday August 22, 2007.
A devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she led a very active life which included coaching youth basketball and swimming competitions. She retired from United Airlines as a ticket agent.
Wife of the late Bishop William C. Dunn, Survivors include; daughter Doris Jean Anderton of Decatur, step-daughters, Norma Jean Tomczak of Cedartown, Sandra Kay Calalay of Orlando, FL; brothers, Rod Schrader of Covington, Jim Schrader of Virginia, MN; eleven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 27, 2007 from 11:00 AM until service time at 12:30 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Douglasville. Bishop William Turbyfield will officiate. Interment will follow in Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Gene Davis-White Columns Funeral Chapel in Mableton in charge of arrangements.
