Eunice (Williams) Smith, 96, of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Golden Living Center – Woodlands in Newburgh, Indiana. She was born October 27, 1923 in Lillington, North Carolina to the late John R. & Ethel (Black) Williams. She owned and operated The Health Food Shoppe for about 20 years and later in life served as a volunteer pink lady through Gibson General Hospital Auxiliary. Eunice was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church and the VFW. She was a past member of the Eastern Star, the Elks Lodge, and the Little League Organization. She enjoyed playing bridge in her free time and her home on Main Street was always welcome to her children's friends as they were treated just like family. Eunice was loved and will be missed.

Eunice is survived by her children, Judy Smith of Princeton, Michael A. Smith (Julie) of LaPorte, Texas, and Sandy F. White (David) of Kingwood, Texas; 8 grandchildren, Kelly Lefler (Jason West), Chris Coomer, Taylor Snoddy (Robert), Eric White, Ian White, David White, Jr. (Evelyn), Chris Smith (Ashlee), and Sarah Smith; 12 great-grandchildren, Sierra Thomas (Kenny), Alexis Wheeler, Brayden Smith, Corban Smith, Jaelyn Snoddy, Joslyn Snoddy, Lea Snoddy, Garret White, Gavin White, Tyler Molnar, and Lance Carter; brother, Junior Williams; 2 sisters, Marie Taylor and Carolyn Williams; cousin, Liv Snoddy; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George W. Smith in 1960; 5 brothers; and 4 sisters.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Reverend Curtis Bond officiating. Burial will follow at Hazleton Community Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 12 until service time, 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the funeral home. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, occupancy at the funeral home will be limited. Those in attendance are encouraged to wear facial coverings and social distance.
