Maggie Cecile Petersen, 81, died May 16, 1997 at her residence. She was a life long resident of Pensacola. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hans Benjamin Petersen, Sr.; brothers, Roy Francis Du-rant and Guy Douglas Durant and daughter, Mary Cecile DeFore. She is survived by eight children, Annie Winifred McMenamin, of Peachtree City, Ga., Hans Benjamin Petersen, of Philadelphia, Pa., Ronald Francis Petersen, of Seoul Korea, Nellie-Jo Elaine Petersen, of Manassas, Va., Donald Albert Petersen, Theresa Maria Conley, Marc Engvald Petersen and Paula Sue Petersen, all of Pensacola; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A mass will be dedicated for Mrs. Petersen on Sunday, June 29, 1997 at 7:30 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. A graveside dedication will be held Monday, June 30, 1997 at 3 p.m. at St. John's Cemetery. HARPER-MORRIS FUNERAL HOME, was in charge of arrangements.
