Adda Adella "Addie" (Mikesell) Harrington was born on June 8, 1877 in Eaton, Eaton County, Michigan, and she was the daughter of William F Mikesell (1835–1894) and his wife Mary Jane (Dawson) Mikesell (1835–1912).
She was married on July 31, 1901 in Redlands, California to Gilbert Asa Harrington (1876–1957), the son of Frank Eli Harrington (1851–1928) and Adell E "Della" (Smith) Harrington (1857–1924).
Living at 512 West Hillwood Blvd in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, Addie was 84 years old and a widow when she died of a pulmonary edema at Saint Thomas Hospital on March 16, 1960. Burial was two days later in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashville.
