Linda K. Andrews, 73, of Decatur, IN, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at her residence. She was born on December 18, 1946, in Long Beach, CA, the daughter of the late Randolph B. and Lillian I. (Thompson) Cookson.
She was first married to C. Raymond Croy and he preceded her in death on May 15, 1990. She then married Ronald R. Andrews on April 8, 1992.
She was a member of the Decatur Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and also worked as a secretary for various doctors in Decatur, Ossian, and Bluffton.
Linda is survived by her husband of 28 years, Ron R. Andrews of Decatur, IN; 3 sons, David Croy of AZ, Jeremy (Kelly) Croy, and Jeffrey Croy of Decatur; 4 daughters, Rhonda Patterson of Ft. Wayne, Renee (Todd) Alexander of New Haven, Shelley (Jimmy) Campbell of Van Wert, OH, and Tamra (Terrill) Vieth of Yoder; a sister, Barbara Connley of Visalia, CA; 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren (2 on the way).
She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Richard Connley.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 12, 2020, from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Haggard-Sefton-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Decatur Baptist Church, 8070 N. Piqua Rd., with visitation 1 hour prior from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Pastor Andrew Lyons will be officiating.
Burial will take place in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
