CHAD ERIC MORRIS, age 44, formerly of Huntland, Tenn., departed this life suddenly on Saturday, June 6, 2020. Mr. Morris was born in Fayetteville, Tenn., to Dale Morris and Nancy Taylor Morris Haas on August 6, 1975. He was a 1994 graduate of Huntland High School. Mr. Morris was employed for many years with his father, at Morris Construction Company. Mr. Morris enjoyed 4-wheeling and canoeing. He loved life. He was a loving and devoted son, brother, father and grandfather.
Mr. Morris is survived by his wife, Lisa Morris of Huntland, mother, Nancy Haas and husband, Steve of Winchester, father, Dale Morris and wife, Brenda of Huntland, children; Austin Bolden, Deja Morris, Devonta Morris, Dru Morris, Devan Morris, Daryn Morris, Chanse Smith, Rebecca Carnell, Phoenix Housley, step-son, Robert Jordan, step-daughter, Dominique Morris. Brothers; Phillip Morris and wife, Cortney of Estill Springs, Jarod Hill of Huntland, Tenn., Maternal great-grandmother, Faye Taylor, 1-special step daughter, Mir Mir, 4-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Morris will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday June 12, 2020, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Ray Gardner, officiating.
Visitation for Mr. Morris will be held from 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 Friday prior to the service.
Interment will follow services in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Huntland.
