Seth was born to patents Matthew James Starbuck and Minerva Jane Fulp. See the attached photo of his obit which gives a detailed biography of his life. He was a farmer, and a retired railroad man, he never married.
His obit does state he was buried at Oak Lawn Cemetery. In an email from a family member, they advised that in a conversation with someone at Bristow about a sibling of his , that Seth and another sibling, James are buried at Bristow in the same block as his sister, Nancy Starbuck Wright.
