Fay was the daughter of John Calvin Foskey and Revenna McAfee Foskey. She was the long time owner and operator of the Music Shop in downtown Macon, Georgia, which she ran until her retirement in the mid 2000's. She then went on to employment at the Fickling Building in Macon as a Parking Attendant until her retirement there. She was formerly a member of the Ingleside United Methodist Church in Macon. She was currently a member of the Heritage United Methodist Church in Macon, Georgia.

She was married to Luther Larry Herndon until his death. She later married Gerald Edward Andrews. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Larry Roger Herndon and all of her siblings: 2 sisters, Dorothy Saepic and Lenora Columbus Foskey Eblen and 3 brothers, Earnest Calvin Foskey, Willard Franklin Foskey and Hubert Eugene Foskey.

Survivors:
2 Daughters: Linda Herndon Jackson and Kathy Herndon Hair(Charlie).
A Special Nephew: Horace Eblen.
4 Grandchildren: Kelly Ross, Holly Kenly, Nicole Hair and Jennifer Jackson Cannon.
6 Great Grandchildren: Matt, Will, Kaeli, Zach, Billy and Nolan.
5 Step-Children.

Services were held Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 2PM in the Chapel of Snow's Memorial Chapel in Macon, Georgia with Rev Michael Jones officiating.
