Nov 4, 1962 - Jun 4, 2020
RANDY “LITTLE MAN” FREEMAN, AGE 57
And a resident of Franklinton died Thursday morning June 4, 2020 at his home. He was a longtime truck driver that went by the CB handle “Little Man” to all his buddies and most everyone that knew him. Randy loved trucking and worked for several area companies through the years hauling all kinds of freight. He was recently driving for Grand Isle Shipyards and probably if he had to choose, preferred driving a long-nose Peterbilt rig. Randy loved tinkering on car and truck motors, as well as many other things, and often spent quality time with his son fixing stuff in the shop. He was always a hard worker and that did all he could to help others in need. Randy loved gardening and would often share his many vegetables with his family, neighbors and friends. He cherished the relationship he had with his daughter and adored his young grandchildren. Randy always loved spending time with his mom, who was probably his best friend, and all his family members.
