He was born at his grandparents home February 13, 1925 in Maize, KS. Survived by: wife of 44 years, Vera Sue Fisher, of the home; sons & daughter-in-law: Curtis Fisher, Rogers, AR; Glenn Fisher, Tulsa, OK; Gordon & Kathlene Fisher, Sedgwick; daughters & son-in-laws: Jane & Wayne Leander, Larned, KS; Carol & Kevin Lawrence, Salina, OK; grandchildren: Kelly Allendorf, Scott Fisher, Holly Fisher, Dallas Barnes & Brayden Fisher. Preceded in death by: first wife, Elaine Graber-Fisher; first son, James Fisher; parents, Edwin & Verna Fisher. Visitation 5-7 pm Monday, January 29 at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center. Service 1 pm Tuesday, January 30, at the Kechi United Methodist Church. Memorials are designated to Hynes Memorial Hospice.
