KERMIT Q. HALL
Kermit Q. Hall of Pownal, a cabinet-maker for the Shea Wood Products Co. in North Bennington, died Tuesday at the age of 47 at Putnam Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Sunderland, born April 8, 1928, to Winfield and Mary (McCurdy) Hall. Survivors are five brothers, Clifton, Daniel and Kenneth, all of Sunderland, Winfield of Arlington, and Texas of Shaftsbury; and three sisters, Anna Avery of York, Maine, Mrs. Annie Sargood of Sunderland and Inez Niles of Shaftsbury; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Home, Arlington, at 2 pm Friday, with entombment following in Evergreen Cemetery vault, Arlington, pending burial there in the spring.
The family will be in attendance at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and has suggested memorial contributions to the Vermont Heart Fund.
