She is survived by two children, Lisa (Jon) Phlipot and Darrin (Shelly) Webb both of Sidney; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one sister, Carol Handel of Cincinnati. Joyce was preceded in death by brother, Ted Schrolucke and granddaughter, Krista Davenport.
Joyce retired in 2001 after 21 years of service working as a Dietitian at Fair Haven Shelby County Home. She did private care in which she loved taking care and helping people. Joyce was such a trustworthy and caring person. She enjoyed to go antiquing and loved having chocolate. Most important, Joyce loved to spend time with her family.
A Private Graveside service will be held at the discretion of the family at a later date. Burial will be at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco, Ohio.
