Edward ‘Eddie’ Yarbrough, Jr., age 47, of Decatur, died June 4, 2020. He was born in Manhatten, New York, to Edward Yarbrough, Sr. and Kathleen Pankey Yarbrough and later moved to Georgia where he spent the last 25 years. Eddie enjoyed drawing, cooking, collecting GI Joe’s and action figures, train sets, was a wonderful singer, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his sons. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Yarbrough of Decatur, GA; father, Edward Yarbrough, Sr.; sons, Edward Yarbrough, III and Evan Yarbrough, both of Lawrenceville, GA; brothers, Elton Andre Yarbrough of Decatur, GA and Richard Pankey of Bronx, NY; sisters, Kristin Yarbrough of Lithonia, GA, Katrina Yarbrough of Lawrenceville, GA, Rasheeda Pankey of Decatur, GA and Janiyah Pankey of Decatur, GA; nieces, Tenisha, Deja, Madison, DeLayni, Sugar, and Denver; nephews, De’Andre, Dvonte, Avonte, and Hanif; great-niece, Avariah. A graveside service will be held 12 o’clock, Thursday, June 11, at Hillandale Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 9:30-11:30 Thursday morning at Henry Funeral Home.
