Bertha Reams
Bertha Reams, 90, formerly of Ravenwood Apartments, Warsaw, and the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility, died Monday, May 23, 1994, at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
Born Febeuary 28, 1904, in Estill County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Eli and Ruth (Bishop) Crawford.
She attended the Tiverton Church of Christ.
On January 19, 1923, she married Ronald Reams, who preceded her in death December 29, 1986. Surviving are three daughters, Evelyn Fife of Coshocton, Ruth Wells of Fresno, and Janice Trucks of Livermore, CA; two sisters, Olivia Burris of Greencastle, IN, and Ella Poynter of Indianapolis, IN; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sons; a daughter; two brothers; and a sister.
Services Wednesday at the Free Funeral Home with evangelist Lloyd Tenney officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Jefferson Township. Calling hours are one hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
