Debra C. Fultz, age 64, passed away at Marion General Hospital June 3. She was born to the late Emma “Scenters" Stone in Richmond, KY. Deb was preceded in death by husband of 39 years Roger Fultz Sr., her parents, and sister Nancy Caudill.

Debra is survived by children, Roger Fultz Jr., Victoria (Tony) Jenkins, and Jeremey R. Fultz; brothers, Moody, David, and Andy; sisters, Eva and Fonda; grandchildren, Trevor, Christopher, Connor, Daisha, Blaze, Bryson, PJ, and Jamie; great grandchildren, Malakyh and one expected in September; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Deb enjoyed camping, traveling, and fishing. She loved spending time with family and going shopping. She was always go go go. Deb enjoyed her time working in healthcare and tending to those in need.

Visiting hours are at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday. There will be a service at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Crawford County Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
