Reed City - Helen Edith Bregg, 65, of Reed City, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, in Tustin.
She was born on July 16, 1947, in Reed City, to Lloyd Philip Cornelius and Sylvia May Ripley, and she attended Reed City schools. Helen was employed by Wolverine World Wide Inc., Rita's Restaurant in Reed City, All Seasons Restaurant in Baldwin and at Eagle Village during her lifetime. She enjoyed camping, waterfalls and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Shawn (Colleen) Bregg and Sheldon (Dawn) Bregg; grandchildren, Alisha, Valerie, Hunter, Logan and Dannica; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Zandet and Ashton; brothers Phil (Delores) Cornelius and Ed (June) Cornelius; sisters, Kay (Karl) Miller, Lois Montgomery, Kathy (Jerome) Pontz and Sue (Gordie) Mitchell; former husband, Roger Bregg; mother-in-law, Etta Bregg; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Sylvia Cornelius; and father-in-law, Nelson Bregg.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Sunday, June 2, 2013, at the Church of God, located at 9484 210th Ave. in Reed City, with Pastor Daniel Turos officiating.
