Lori Ann Smith, 59, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 in Hagerstown, MD. Born, November 6, 1960 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Janet Carol (Smith) Bowen and stepfather, James “Jim” Bowen.
She is survived by a daughter, Amber Hoskins, and three grandchildren, Hailey, Jeremiah, and Serenity; two sisters, Beth Morris and husband, Ted, and Jen (Bowen) von Till and husband, Bill; two nephews, John Moser and wife, Heather, and Jonathan Morris; and one niece, Kristina Morris, as well as many other loving relatives and close friends in the area. In addition to her mother, Lori was preceded in death by her beloved older sister, Christy Hines.
Viewing hours will be available from 9am-5pm on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown. Social distancing will be required and no more than 10 guests may enter the room at any given time. Face masks will be required.
There will be a private graveside service and burial at the family plot at the Manor Church Cemetery, outside of Tilghmanton.
