Belinda was born October 21, 1971 in Texarkana, Texas to Caddell and Glenda Richardson. She was a school teacher and caretaker to her parents. Belinda's hobbies include fishing with her Dad, shopping with her Mom, and also spending time with her boys. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ervin and Nezzie Thomason; paternal grandparents, Edward and Wynema Richardson.
Survivors include her parents, Caddell and Glenda Richardson of Fouke, Arkansas; two sons, Colton Ward and wife, Kasandra of Dallas, Texas, Trevor Ward of Queen City, Texas; one brother, Ronald Richardson and wife Michelle of Fouke, Arkansas; and a host of aunts and uncles, Sherry Clark and husband Clyde of Fouke, Arkansas, Randy Thomason and wife Judy of Fouke, Arkansas Trennet Richardson and wife Charlotte of Fouke, Arkansas, Jeanette McKinney and husband Dale of Fouke, Arkansas, Danny Richardson of Fouke, Arkansas, one niece, Kirbie Lively and husband Blake and their daughter, Bella and Bentli of Cabot, Arkansas, two nephews, Jacob Richardson and wife Lyn and sons, Tristan and Gavin of Dallas, Texas, Hayden Richardson of Fouke, Arkansas,.

Interment will be at Corinth Cemetery under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
