Wayne was born in St. Andrew Jamaica, the youngest of five children for Amy and Yorkie Sinclair. He attended Lawrence Tavern Primary School and St. Joseph High School in Kinston Jamaica. After High School he migrated to the United States and attended Queen’s College in New York where he obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

For several years he worked at John Hassall Inc. manufacturing Aerospace and Defense parts. He loved electronics, music and cars. At the time of his passing he was setting up a Radio Station in his home office.

He is survived by his parents, wife Morelle, daughters Janae and Amalee, sisters Merrit Okoh, Dorma Scott, Kerry Castro, Delores Harris, Althea Williams , brother Denham Sinclair and several other relatives and friends.
