Patsy Jean Booth of El Paso, Arkansas, was a daughter of the late Luther and Rita Conner Weiner. She was a charter member of New Beginnings Baptist Church on Old Warren Road in Pine Bluff. Patsy played the role of Mrs. Claus for 21 years and published a book, "The Day Santa Met Jesus". She worked in the funeral industry as a pre-need insurance arranger. Patsy was known for her love for her Lord, her family, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her stepfather, Claude Smith; son, Thomas "Tommy" Booth; great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Rutherford; great-grandson, Athen Alexander McClure; siblings, Bessie Johnson, Lorene Stanley, James Weiner, and Luther Weiner, Jr.; in-laws, A. J. Stanley and Betty Weiner.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, John Booth; children, Michelle Hawkins, Glenna (Jeff) Thomas, David (Aimee) Foote, Michael (Shona) Foote, and Charles "Chuck" Booth (fiance', Leaetta Odglen); 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Jerry Weiner.

Visitation was held Friday, March 1, 2019, and funeral service was held Saturday, March 2, 2019, both at New Beginnings Baptist Church.

Services were under the direction of A Natural State Funeral Service of Jacksonville, Arkansas. A complete obituary may be found at the website.
