They celebrated 55 years of marriage in 2017. For their 50th Wedding Anniversary they were joined by family and friends in celebrate at Longs Peak Lodge. He was very frugal, but would not hesitate to buy a $4 cup of Starbucks, and if Santiagos had a card punch program for breakfast burritos he would have made out like a bandit. Mr. Wright didn’t talk about politics to people he didn’t know, but every day at 5 p.m. Eastern Time, he would be watching FOX, and could occasionally be seen with a Red Hat that said “Make America Great Again.” Penny Slots had no chance, Blackhawk, Vegas or Laughlin. Survivors include, his wife of 55 years Jane Wright, Loveland, Colo; his sons, Mark (Yvonne) Wright of Loveland, Colo.; and Andrew Wright of McKinney, Texas. Pips grandchildren were the sparkle in his eyes, Amanda (Justin) Wright-Cox, Hannah (Brad) Wright-Gleditsch, Zachery and Haden Wright of McKinney, Texas.
