Tracy A. Robbins, 48, of Myrtle Beach, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015 at her residence. She was born on October 17, 1966 in Albany. Tracy graduated from Columbia High School and went on to receive an A.A.S. degree from Hudson Valley Community College. After graduation she had a career for several years as a law office word processing specialist. In addition to her parents, Robert and Carol Motta, Tracy is survived by her four children, Sarah, Zachary, Jakob and Justin; her sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Jeffrey Dorr, and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
