NEWMAN — MRS. J. SANFORD (SUE RUTH LEONARD) NEWMAN, of Austin and Houston, died Friday in Austin. Those who knew her are at once diminished and enriched. Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law: Leo and Nancy Newman, Austin. Grandchildren; Wesley Newman, Bryan, John Newman, New York City, and Elaine Newman, Austin, Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Central Presbyterian Church in Houston. Burial will be in Forest Park Lawndale. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the P.E.O. Scholarship Fund, 3938 Far West Blvd., Austin, 78731 or to the charity of your choice.
