Phyllis graduated from Wyandotte High School in Wyandotte, OK. She was a housekeeper for Shangri – La Resort in Afton, OK and had worked for the Kirby Company in Denver, CO. She was a member of Wayside Assembly of God Church in Wyandotte, OK.
Phyllis was preceded by her husband Bill Campbell in 2001, her daughter Kim Morey in 2018, her parents and a sister Veta Williams.
Survivors include 1 son Greg Campbell and wife Tonya of Quapaw, OK, 2 daughters Sherry Cary of Grove, OK and Diane Thomas of Baxter Springs, KS, 1 brother Donnie Harnar and wife Linda of Miami, OK, 1 sister Darlene Myrick and husband Gary of Larned, KS , 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
