She will await the resurrection in Holy Family Cemetery in New Iberia.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 8 a.m. until time of service.
A resident of New Iberia, she passed at 2:40 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018, at Iberia Medical Center.
Peggy leaves to cherish her fond memory, two sons De’Marcus Ali Green (Simone) of Jeanerette and Joseph Carl Green of New Iberia; one daughter Denetrius Latelle Green; one brother Prosper Paul Green Jr. of New Iberia; three sisters Delores Green and Rosamary Green both of New Iberia and Theresa Mason of St. Martinville and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Prosper Green Sr. and Anna Decuir Green; three brothers Ernest Green, Benny Green and Hilton Green and one sister Shirley Mae Green Louis.
