Mr. James Alexander Moreland, 48, of 517 Clifton Drive, Griffin, passed away on Monday, Feb. 4 at WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital.
Mr. Moreland was born on Jan. 14, 1974, to Robert Lee Ogletree and Annie Wyche Moreland in Spalding County. Visitation for Mr. Moreland will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13 at Burden’s Funeral Home. A Home Going Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14 in the chapel at Burden’s Funeral Home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service hour. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Pastor Ronald K. Adams is the officiant and Minister Dorothy Watts is the eulogist. Burden’s Funeral Home, 847 N.
