She was born on January 12, 1937 to Chester Tomlinson and Mamie Maureen (Johnston) Tomlinson in Noonday, Texas. Glenda was a graduate of John Tyler High School and Tyler Business School in Tyler, Texas. She married Howard Lee Langley on August 29, 1957 in Hallsville, Texas. Glenda worked as a Vice President of Loan Department for many years. She was of the Baptist faith.

Glenda is survived by her daughter, Patti Baird and husband, Steve of Anna, Texas; grandson, Jarrod Bush and wife, Katie of Pueblo, Colorado; granddaughter, Kasey Bush Null and husband, Kyle of Van Alstyne, Texas; great-grandsons, Brice Bush of Anna,Texas, Gabriel Perez of Van Alstyne, Texas, and J.J. Bush of Pueblo, Colorado; great-granddaughter, Harley Rose Null of Van Alstyne, Texas; sister, Polly Cauthon of Bullard, Texas; many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Langley; parents, Chester and Mamie Tomlinson; and sister, Alma Bickley.

In support of our local, state, and federal govt including CDC directives and to protect the physical health, safety and well-being of our community, the following are Ridgeview Memorial Parks guidelines. All are invited to attend the Graveside Service, by standing at a minimum distance of 20 feet from the tent and 6 feet apart from one another to comply with social distancing directives or you may remain in your vehicle. You will be able to listen to the service through speakers set up at the gravesite.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 5, 2020 at Ridgeview Memorial Park, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas.

Glenda was a graduate of John Tyler High School and Tyler Business School in Tyler, Texas. She married Howard Lee Langley on August 29, 1957 in Hallsville, Texas. Glenda worked as a Vice President of Loan Department for many years. She was of the Baptist faith.
