She was born September 7, 1973 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Jack A. Stevens and Ethel E. (Hanlon) Stevens of Brilliant.
Heather graduated from Buckeye North High School in 1993. She loved all animals big and small, especially dragons. Heather enjoyed listening to heavy metal music, playing video games and working puzzles. She loved flowers, especially cactus plants.
In addition to her mom Ethel, surviving are three brothers, David DeVore, Jr. of Brilliant, OH, Christopher (Anja) Millard of New Brockton, AL, Douglas (Gabrielle) Anthony, Jr. of Brilliant, OH; two sisters, Rose (Patrick) Doyle of Grove City, OH and Carolyn “Carol” (Neil) Parr of Brilliant, OH; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Private services will be held at Fort Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville, OH, with Rev. John Ater, officiating.
