A memorial service for Mildred F. Haugen of Beaverton will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Pegg, Paxson & Springer Chapel in Beaverton.
She died of heart problems Wednesday in her home. Mrs. Haugen was 62.
She was born Aug. 23, 1931, in Los Angeles. Her maiden name was Hamblet. She married Gordon Haugen in December 1960. Mrs. Haugen was a homemaker. She had lived in Beaverton since 1975.
Survivors besides her husband include her daughter, Karen Gibbens of Nampa, Idaho; son, Andrew of Bellevue, Wash.; sisters, Maybelle Church of Sacramento and Renee Avilles of San Diego; brothers, James of California, Darrel of Hillsboro and Gary of Las Vegas, Nev.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Disposition was by cremation.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
