Ken graduated from Topeka [Kan.] High School in 1953, then attended Kansas State University, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business; he later earned a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Chapman University in Orange, Calif.
Ken was a member of the U.S. Air Force; his service included Bombardier/Navigator in B-47s and Navigator in KC-135s. Later he served multiple positions including IG of USAFE in the mid-80s. He retired in 1987 from ESC in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Rogers, Arkansas the same year. His favorite activities were fishing, hunting, and his monthly poker group.
Ken is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Neil. Ken is survived by his wife, Freda Harrison McNeill, to whom he was married in the summer of 1976, and his children: Barry McNeill (Deanna) and Ann Roy. He will be missed by his grandchildren: Harrison, Michael, and Riley McNeill and Amanda and Zachary Roy.
His family will be getting together for a small remembrance at Benton County Memorial Park.
