Rebecca Anne Lynch
April 14, 1974 - May 26, 2020

Rebecca Anne (Hernandez) Lynch, 46, went to be with the Lord on the morning of May 26, 2020. She passed away from complications of an aggressive and rare form of myxofibrosarcoma.
Born April 14, 1974 in Visalia, she was the daughter of Rita and Robert Hernandez.
Rebecca grew up and lived in Visalia attending Goshen Elementary, Divisadero, Mt Whitney and Sequoia High Schools. She obtained an Associate of Science Degree from the College of the Sequoias.
Rebecca had a unique laugh that was contagious to anyone around her. She lit up any room she entered with her smile and beautiful eyes. Rebecca was extremely empathetic and she had an uncanny way of being able to make things better for all she encountered. Becca was a non-judgmental listener while remaining humble and willing to share her love and devout faith to help everyone.
Becca loved Disneyland and the feeling of being a kid again for herself and her family. She also loved the boat that she bought her husband for his 40th birthday and going fishing with him as long as he took care of the bait and fish she caught! She enjoyed camping and loved the beach.
Above and beyond everything else, Rebecca loved being a MOM. She was an excellent and deeply devoted mother to her five children - Joe, Eddie (Vee), Desiree (Daniel), Jakob and David. Rebecca also cherished all four of her amazing grandchildren - Isaiah, Aiven, Hayden and Madison.
Rebecca is survived by her soulmate, best friend, and husband, Jeff, her grandmother Louisa Vasquez, her parents, Rita and Robert Hernandez, her mother Deanna Lynch, her sister Renae Navarrette (Benny), her brother Robert Hernandez Jr (Susan), two nieces, 5 nephews, aunts, uncles, great nieces/nephews and many cousins.
Rebecca was ever calm and serene in her Catholic faith. Her character and temperament can best be shown from the time she was diagnosed with Stage Four cancer until her passing into heaven. Rebecca had every right to cry or be mad, but instead she loved and lived every moment she was given. Cancer could not rob her of who she was. Always graceful, until God called her home.
The Holy Rosary is scheduled for June 12 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Home. Services will be held at noon at Salser and Dillard Funeral Home on June 13.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Rebecca's Go Fund Me page to assist with funeral, memorial expenses and a scholarship in her honor. ;
