Linda Pippenger Wolfe departed this life on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at the age of 82 years, 9 months, and 3 days. She was born in Michie, Tennessee on August 27, 1937, the daughter of the late Delbert Elsworth and Bertha Dee Wardlow Pippenger. On June 22, 1962, she was united in marriage to Randell Wolfe, who preceded her in death April 17, 1993.

Linda had worked at Michie School for over 20 years in the cafeteria and as a teachers aid. She had been a member of Michie First Baptist Church for over 60 years and was a current member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. Linda loved to garden and grow flowers, cook and can, read, and enjoyed crocheting and was a beautiful seamstress.

She is survived by her children, Forrest Wolfe of Savannah, Tennessee, and Dee Reynolds and her husband Damen of Lebanon, Tennessee; a brother, Steve Pippenger of Michie, Tennessee; grandchildren, Noah Wolfe, Abel Wolfe and Sadie Reynolds; and a great grandchild on the way.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Linda was preceded in death by a son, Clay Wolfe; and sisters, Betty McKeel and Nedra King.
